Led by third-generation producers Walter and Sergio Romero, the organisation is deeply rooted in the region’s coffee heritage. For CAFICO, coffee is more than a crop—it’s a vital part of local culture and identity. Recognising that many farmers knew how to produce exceptional coffee but lacked access to markets, CAFICO set out to bridge that gap.
This Honduras coffee is roasted to a medium-dark profile, and delivers a smooth , balanced cup which is perfect for both espresso and filter based coffees.
Expect tasting notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond, and soft caramel sweetness.
